Although grief is primarily associated with death, no one talks about the grief that comes from every day challenges.
Grief could come with a major move in your life. Losing a job, a friendship, a relationship, a change in location, issues with children etc.
People grieve in many ways. The key is to grieve in a healthy way. Easy to say but not always so easy to do.
Grieving is a process & it looks differently on each individual with NO set timetable.
